Carbon Credits Information

The subject of carbon credits is difficult to summarize briefly, but we provide here a few links to some information sources that should be useful for members unfamiliar with the proposed program. We will improve and expand this resource page in the weeks and months to come as more information becomes available. We will try to extract from available information the essentials that would affect local rangeland owners who are interested in applying for carbon credits. Applications might be completed individually in the case of larger rangeland areas, or as aggregate entities for smaller ranches in order to create the acreage necessary to generate tradable units. As always, we gladly solicit suggestions for additions and improvements to this page.
