Welcome by Max Tenorio and brief overview of the purpose Paul Stout’s visit.

Guest: Mr. Paul Stout, CRELA/FREDA Landowners Associations

Paul Stout informed GCLPO members and guests present about the CRELA and FRED the landowner associations that represent over 137 landowners and over 200,000 acres in the eastern part of the state. He shared information on how landowners can pull resources together and not get caught by speculators that are not working on behalf of your interests. The advantages he noted were:

• Using one legal counsel that represents the landowners association, and has expertise in the area.
• The advantage of using one contract.
• Assistance in helping landowners with terminology on contracts and agreements.
• CRELA organization will help the political end.
