Easy Fruit Dip

1 8-oz pkg regular cream cheese, softened to room temp

1 T. vanilla extract

1 to 4 T. honey (lots of personal variation on this – mix it 1 T. at a time till you like the taste)

 

Fruit for dipping: apples and strawberries are great, but so are a lot of other fruits. You could add a little water or milk and use it as a topping for blueberries or bananas, or ???

 

Mix the ingredients together well. Dip fruit.
